Job Description:

As an Employee Benefits Insurance Specialist at Nguyen Tuan Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for helping our clients navigate the complex world of employee benefits insurance. Your primary role will be to assist clients in understanding the various options available to them, as well as helping them select the best coverage for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on the different types of employee benefits insurance policies available
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable coverage for their needs
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best insurance solutions for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the insurance selection process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry, specifically in employee benefits insurance
• Strong knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
