Job Title: Deli Assistant Manager

Location: Downtown, Anytown

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

– Assist the Deli Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
– Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guest inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally
– Train, coach, and mentor deli staff to maintain a high standard of service and quality
– Monitor sales trends and adjust product offerings to meet customer demand
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli counter and storage areas
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
– Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and promote brand awareness

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a deli, food service, or retail environment
– Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management
