Position: Home Health Services Provider

Job Description:

As a Home Health Services Provider at Nightingale Home Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our patients in their homes. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to assist with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Administering medications
• Monitoring vital signs
• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and grooming
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at all times

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or a related field
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Compassionate and caring nature
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
