We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Youth Minister. As a Youth Minister at Norhill Church of Christ, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our young members and help them grow in their faith.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee youth programs, including Sunday school, youth group meetings, and special events
• Build relationships with youth members and their families, providing guidance and support as needed
• Organize and coordinate service projects and community outreach initiatives for the youth group
• Collaborate with the church leadership team to integrate youth activities with overall church programs
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all youth members, encouraging spiritual growth and development

Your Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as theology, ministry, or education
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• A strong personal faith and commitment to Christian values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to changing needs
