Position Available: Motel Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the motel facilities
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Maximize occupancy rates and revenue through effective marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel or motel management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of booking and reservation systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
