Job Title: Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
• Calculate and ensure accurate disclosure of fees and interest rates
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure timely loan approval and closing
• Keep abreast of changes in loan regulations and lending standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a loan officer or similar role
• Knowledge of loan products and services
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Must be licensed as a mortgage loan officer

Job Title: Insurance Agent

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ insurance needs and suggest appropriate products
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients
• Assist clients in filing claims and resolving any issues
• Stay updated on insurance trends and changes in regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an insurance agent or similar role
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be licensed to sell insurance products
