Job Title: Member Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist members with a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Provide exceptional customer service while promoting credit union products and services
• Open and close accounts, process loan applications, and assist members with online banking
• Resolve member inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhere to credit union policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a financial institution
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of basic financial principles and products
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer applications and systems
