Northwest Crossing Baptist Church is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are committed to their faith and are eager to serve our church community.

Open Positions

1. Youth Pastor

• Lead and oversee the youth ministry program
• Develop relationships with youth and provide mentorship
• Plan and organize youth events and activities

2. Worship Leader

• Lead worship services and rehearsals
• Select and arrange music for services
• Work with the pastor to create a cohesive worship experience

3. Administrative Assistant

• Provide administrative support to the pastor and church staff
• Manage church communications and social media
• Coordinate schedules and events

Qualifications

At Northwest Crossing Baptist Church, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about their faith and are committed to serving the church community. While specific qualifications may vary depending on the position, some general qualifications we are looking for include:

• A strong commitment to the Christian faith
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
