Position: Medical Assistant Instructor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring students, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in the field of medical assisting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
• Provide hands-on training and support to students in the clinical skills lab
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in medical assisting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Medical Assistant
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) required
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
