Position: General Contractor

As a General Contractor at Ntact Builders Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Supervise on-site construction activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid contractor’s license

Position: Building Contractor-Commercial & Industrial

As a Building Contractor at Ntact Builders Inc, you will be responsible for managing specific aspects of construction projects, such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in a particular trade and a strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation of specific building components
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues
• Collaborate with other contractors and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a specialized trade
• Expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other relevant area
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or license
