Salary: $12 – $15 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits Nu Ice & Drinks. Your main duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced cash register
• Preparing and serving beverages and desserts
• Keeping the cafe area clean and organized
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
