We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Home Centers Sales Associate

  • Location: Various locations across Texas
  • Job Type: Full-time, Commission-based
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting our home centers
    • Assist clients in finding the perfect home that fits their needs and budget
    • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
    • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets
  • Qualifications:
    • Prior sales experience preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of the homebuilding industry is a plus

2. Mobile Home Dealership Manager

  • Location: Austin, TX
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the dealership
    • Hire and train sales staff
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in dealership management
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills
    • Knowledge of mobile home industry regulations
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities

3. Modular Homes Sales Consultant

  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Job Type: Full-time, Salary + Commission
  • Responsibilities:
    • Work with clients to design their dream modular home
    • Guide clients through the homebuilding process from start to finish
    • Coordinate with construction team to ensure timely delivery
    • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
  • Qualifications:
    • Experience in modular home sales or homebuilding industry
    • Strong design and presentation skills
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
    • Customer-focused mindset
