Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel on estate planning, probate, and living trusts
• Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
• Guide clients through the probate process and assist with estate administration
• Develop customized estate plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to estate matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of [insert state]
• 2+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and living trusts
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
