1. Sushi Chef

As a Sushi Chef at Oishii Restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Japanese cuisine and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Create and plate sushi dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station

2. Server

Our servers play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. We are looking for friendly and attentive individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly
• Address any customer concerns or special requests with professionalism

3. Kitchen Prep Cook

The Kitchen Prep Cook position at Oishii Restaurant involves preparing ingredients, such as cutting vegetables and marinating meats, to support our kitchen operations. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Assist in the preparation of mise en place for cooking stations
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
