Available Positions

1. Accounting Services Specialist

As an Accounting Services Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their accounting needs, including but not limited to:
– Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Reconciling bank statements
– Preparing financial statements
– Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

2. Tax Return Preparer

As a Tax Return Preparer, you will work closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely tax filings. Your responsibilities will include:
– Gathering client information and documentation
– Preparing individual and business tax returns
– Providing tax planning advice
– Communicating with clients regarding tax matters

3. Bookkeeping Assistant

As a Bookkeeping Assistant, you will support the accounting team in maintaining financial records for clients. Your duties will include:
– Data entry of financial transactions
– Reconciling accounts
– Assisting with payroll processing
– Generating financial reports

Qualifications

To be considered for a position at OLopez Tax Services, Inc., candidates must meet the following requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (for Accounting Services Specialist and Tax Return Preparer positions)
– Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
– CPA certification (preferred but not required)
