1. Concrete Contractors:

As a Concrete Contractor at Olshan Foundation Repair, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged concrete structures. You will work closely with our team of experts to assess the condition of concrete foundations, driveways, walkways, and other structures, and develop customized solutions to repair and reinforce them. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various concrete repair techniques and materials, and possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform site inspections to assess concrete damage
• Develop repair plans and estimate project costs
• Execute concrete repair projects using the latest techniques and equipment
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

2. Drainage Contractors:

As a Drainage Contractor at Olshan Foundation Repair, you will play a crucial role in preventing water damage and moisture problems around our customers’ properties. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining drainage systems, grading landscapes, and ensuring proper water flow away from foundations and basements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drainage principles and experience in installing various drainage solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess drainage issues and develop solutions
• Install and maintain French drains, gutters, downspouts, and other drainage systems
• Grade landscapes to promote proper water flow
• Inspect and repair existing drainage systems
• Collaborate with team members and clients to address drainage concerns

3. Foundation Contractors:

As a Foundation Contractor at Olshan Foundation Repair, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the structural integrity of our customers’ properties. You will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing foundation issues such as cracks, settlement, and bowing walls. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural engineering, experience in foundation repair techniques, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of foundation problems
• Develop comprehensive repair plans and estimates
• Implement foundation repair solutions using industry-leading methods
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of repairs
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
