Bankruptcy Law Attorney

Are you a driven and talented bankruptcy law attorney looking for a new opportunity at a reputable law firm? Look no further! Onan & Assoc is currently seeking a skilled bankruptcy law attorney to join our team in providing high-quality legal services to our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of bankruptcy cases, ranging from Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 filings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ cases
  • Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions and other necessary legal documents
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their financial situations
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Job Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in promoting and selling our legal service plans to clients across the country. As a member of our legal service plans team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing them with affordable and reliable legal services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell legal service plans to individuals and businesses
  • Educate clients on the benefits and coverage of our legal service plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients enrolled in our legal service plans
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to reach sales targets and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of legal service plans and insurance products is a plus
