Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for assigned job orders
• Source and screen candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Negotiate offers and facilitate placement process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or staffing industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
