Job Title: Health Club Manager

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Do you have experience in managing a health club and leading a team to success? If so, One 2 One Training Center is looking for a dedicated Health Club Manager to join our team.

One 2 One Training Center is a premier health and fitness facility located in the heart of the city. We offer a variety of services to help our clients achieve their fitness goals, including personal training, group fitness classes, nutrition counseling, and more. Our team is committed to providing top-notch service and creating a welcoming environment for all of our members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the health club, including scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase membership and revenue
• Lead a team of fitness professionals and provide training and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage budgets and expenses effectively
• Provide excellent customer service and address any member concerns or complaints

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role in the health and fitness industry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and techniques
• Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, sports management, or related field
