Job Description

As a Physician at One Medical Seniors: Latha Ramphul, DO, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, focusing on the unique healthcare needs of seniors. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services, including initial consultations, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that promote overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and accurate medical assessments
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
• Provide patient education and counseling on preventative care
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Active medical license in the state of California
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
