Position: Catering Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Catering Coordinator to join our team and help us bring the taste of Hawaii to events and gatherings throughout the city. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about Hawaiian cuisine and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate catering orders for events of all sizes
- Work closely with clients to customize menus that meet their needs and preferences
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of catering orders
- Maintain organized records of catering orders and client information
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote our catering services
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in catering or event coordination preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
