Boutique Items Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and decorate a variety of boutique items including macarons, petit fours, custom cakes, and gourmet chocolates
• Fulfill customer orders with precision and attention to detail
• Assist with inventory management and quality control
• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers select the perfect dessert for any occasion
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry shop is preferred
• Knowledge of baking techniques and dessert decorating skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for creating beautiful and delicious desserts
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
