Job Title: Director of Worship & Music

Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Director of Worship & Music to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep reverence for worship and a strong musical background. They will be responsible for leading our worship services, coordinating music ministry programs, and cultivating a culture of creativity and excellence within our worship team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and rehearsals
• Select music for worship services
• Recruit and train musicians and vocalists
• Coordinate special music events and concerts
• Collaborate with the pastoral team to plan worship services
• Maintain and manage music equipment and resources

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading worship
• Proficient in playing an instrument (piano, guitar, etc.)
• Strong vocal abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for worship and music ministry
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
