Position: Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Job Description:

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Optimal Lab Test, you will be responsible for performing a variety of complex laboratory tests in a fast-paced environment. You will analyze samples, interpret results, and ensure the accuracy of all testing procedures. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and documenting findings in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests
• Prepare samples, reagents, and controls
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Interpret and report test results
• Follow quality control procedures
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers
• Participate in proficiency testing programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical laboratory setting
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
