Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for problem-solving and innovation. As a Civil Engineer at Orbital Engineering, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with our team of experts to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, and buildings
• Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine project feasibility
• Prepare construction plans, cost estimates, and project schedules
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure projects meet design specifications and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
