Position Available: Chinese Cuisine Chef

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Chinese Cuisine Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating authentic Chinese dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and managing kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, and traditional entrees
• Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Manage inventory and food costs to meet budget targets
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef or Cook
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Food handler’s certification is a plus
