Position: Line Cook

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Mexican cuisine and a strong work ethic. As a Line Cook at Ostioneria Jaiba Brava, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and deliver top-quality dishes to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including cutting, chopping, and marinating meats and vegetables
• Cook food with precision and attention to detail
• Follow recipes accurately to maintain food quality and consistency
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a busy kitchen environment
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
