Are you looking to make a difference in your community? Do you have a passion for serving others and spreading the word of God? If so, we invite you to join our team at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Music Director

• Lead the music ministry at our church, including selecting music for Mass, rehearsing with the choir, and playing instruments during services
• Coordinate and oversee all music-related activities, including special concerts and events
• Work closely with the clergy to ensure that the music enhances the worship experience for our congregation

2. Youth Minister

• Develop and implement programs and activities for youth members of the church, including retreats, service projects, and social events
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to young people as they navigate their faith journey
• Collaborate with parents, volunteers, and other church staff to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all youth

3. Facilities Manager

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the church building and grounds, ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Manage a team of custodial staff and maintenance workers, delegating tasks and scheduling regular maintenance checks
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for larger repair projects and renovations

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about their faith and committed to serving the community. The ideal candidates will have:

• A strong personal relationship with God and a deep understanding of Catholic teachings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with others and to lead by example
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
