Position Available: Church Secretary

Our Lord’s Church is currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Church Secretary. The Church Secretary plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the church, providing administrative support to the clergy, staff, and congregation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain church office operations
• Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors
• Coordinate church events and activities
• Prepare and distribute church communications
• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
