Job Description

As a cigar, cigarette, and tobacco dealer at Ov Cigars, your main responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the perfect products to suit their tastes and preferences. Your duties will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately
• Knowledgeably answering customer questions and providing recommendations
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
