Job Description

As a door repair technician at Overhead Door Houston, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of door issues, including but not limited to:

• Broken springs
• Malfunctioning openers
• Damaged panels
• Noisy doors
• And more

You will work closely with our clients to assess their door repair needs, provide recommendations for repair or replacement, and efficiently complete the necessary repairs to ensure the door is functioning properly and safely. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and excellent customer service will be key to success in this role.

Requirements

To be considered for the door repair technician position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in door repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
