Position: Hotel Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Assist guests with information about the hotel and local area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using hotel management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
