Job Title: Party & Event Planner

Job Description:

As a Party & Event Planner at P O & G Operating, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of events, from birthday parties to corporate gatherings. Your main duties will include:

• Meeting with clients to discuss their event needs and vision
• Creating detailed event proposals and budgets
• Sourcing and negotiating with vendors for catering, decorations, entertainment, and more
• Coordinating logistical details such as venue selection, transportation, and guest accommodations
• Overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in event planning or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of event planning software is a plus
