1. Bookkeeping Specialist

As a Bookkeeping Specialist at P. Thorne & Associates, Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our clients. Duties may include:

• Recording financial transactions
• Preparing financial statements
• Reconciling accounts
• Managing accounts payable and receivable

Qualified candidates should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus.

2. Taxes Consultant & Representative

We are also looking for a Taxes Consultant & Representative to provide expert advice and guidance to clients in all tax-related matters. Responsibilities may include:

• Assessing clients’ financial situations
• Developing tax strategies
• Preparing and filing tax returns
• Communicating with tax authorities on behalf of clients

Ideal candidates will have a thorough knowledge of tax laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

3. Tax Return Preparation Associate

If you have experience in tax return preparation, we want to hear from you! The Tax Return Preparation Associate will be responsible for:

• Gathering financial information from clients
• Preparing and completing tax returns accurately
• Ensuring compliance with all tax laws
• Providing exceptional customer service
