As a Personnel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting job seekers with companies looking to fill open positions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with job seekers to assess their skills, experience, and career aspirations
• Match qualified candidates with job opportunities based on their qualifications and preferences
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and potential employers
• Provide guidance and support to job seekers throughout the job search process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
• Negotiate contracts and terms of employment with clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or personnel consulting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
