Packers Plus is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the following role:

Field Service Technician – Oil Field Equipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Packers Plus equipment at well sites
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in accordance with company procedures
• Participate in pre-job planning and post-job evaluations
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize equipment performance
• Provide on-site training to customers as needed
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in oil field service or related industry
• Hands-on experience with oil field equipment such as packers, plugs, and sleeves
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
