Front Desk Clerk

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring their check-in and check-out process is seamless. Responsibilities include:

– Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Assisting guests with inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local area
– Processing reservations and payments accurately
– Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong communication and organizational abilities
– Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

Housekeeping Attendant

Our Housekeeping Attendants play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. Responsibilities include:

– Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas
– Changing linens, making beds, and replenishing amenities
– Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to management
– Ensuring all rooms meet our standards of cleanliness and presentation

Qualifications:
– Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
– Physical stamina to handle the demands of cleaning and lifting
– Previous housekeeping experience is a plus

Maintenance Technician

Our Maintenance Technicians are essential in keeping our facility running smoothly and addressing any issues promptly. Responsibilities include:

– Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment and systems
– Conducting repairs and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
– Inspecting and maintaining the hotel’s facilities and grounds
– Collaborating with management to ensure safety and compliance standards are met

Qualifications:
– Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
– Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance issues
– Previous experience in maintenance or related field is required
