Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are currently looking for a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our front desk team as a Front Desk Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and assisting them with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Respond to guest requests promptly and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area and lobby
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
