Current Job Opening: Guest Services Representative

Palacio Royale Inn is currently seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to ensuring all guests have a memorable experience during their stay at our inn.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
