Job Description

As the Chef de Cuisine at Pampa Grill & Market, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the restaurant. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing creative and innovative menu items inspired by Latin American cuisine
• Managing kitchen staff and ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that ingredients are ordered in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the management team to create a positive and productive work environment
• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and plated according to restaurant standards
• Following all recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Chef de Cuisine position at Pampa Grill & Market will possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Latin American cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Food Safety Manager Certification preferred
• Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
