Position: Mortgage Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of mortgage loans based on client applications and financial circumstances
• Guide customers through the mortgage application process and provide expert advice on mortgage products
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and other referral sources to generate new business
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing mortgage lending
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan closing process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license required
