Position: Sous Chef

Location: City Center, Main Street

Job Description:

• Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly
• Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes
• Create new and innovative dishes to add to the menu
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide excellent service

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Latin American cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Food Handler’s certificate
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
