We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Position: Restaurant Server

As a Restaurant Server at Pancho’s Mexican Buffet, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and guiding them through the buffet line
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding promptly and courteously to their needs
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area

We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, customer-focused, and have a passion for delivering top-notch service. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Position: Line Cook

Our Line Cooks are an integral part of the Pancho’s Mexican Buffet team, responsible for preparing and cooking our delicious Mexican dishes with precision and care. Responsibilities include:

• Prepping ingredients and cooking menu items according to recipes and guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Following food safety standards and procedures at all times
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with a strong work ethic and a keen attention to detail. Experience working in a high-volume kitchen is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
