Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Papa Ben’s Train Place, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, restocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for model trains and hobbies.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with inventory management and receiving shipments

Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser at Papa Ben’s Train Place, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, arranging merchandise, and showcasing products in our store. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye, attention to detail, and a passion for design.

• Create attractive displays to highlight merchandise and attract customers
• Arrange products in a visually appealing manner
• Work with store management to develop and implement merchandising strategies
• Maintain store aesthetics and ensure displays are kept tidy and organized
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Papa Ben’s Train Place, you will work closely with the store manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the store runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for model trains and hobbies.

• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising store staff
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the store meets sales goals
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Assist with store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
