We are Hiring: Bakery Assistant

Job Title: Bakery Assistant

As a Bakery Assistant at Pappas Bread Bakery, you will work closely with our team of experienced bakers to assist in the production of our diverse range of bakery products. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about baking and looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of bread and pastries
• Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and freshness
• Help with the packaging and presentation of bakery items
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior baking experience is a plus but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction from senior bakers
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious baked goods
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Familiarity with basic baking tools and equipment
