Position Overview:

As a Server at Pappas Family Style Restaurants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
• Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant industry role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
