Job Description

As a Medical Service Organizations Specialist at Parallon – Houston Specialty Center, you will play a key role in supporting medical service organizations through effective revenue cycle management. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and analyzing financial data related to medical service organizations
• Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize billing and collections processes
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Participating in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
