General Practice Attorney Position

Parks Calvin D Attorney At Law is a well-established law firm located in the heart of downtown. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality legal services to our clients and have built a solid reputation in the community.

We are currently seeking a General Practice Attorney to join our team. This individual will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position: General Practice Attorney

Location: Downtown

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas
• Research and analyze complex legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
• Appear in court on behalf of clients
• Manage a caseload independently and efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters
• Stay current on legal developments and trends

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload effectively
