Position: Lighting Fixtures Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and technical questions related to lighting fixtures
• Recommend lighting solutions based on customers’ needs and budget
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in lighting fixtures and technologies
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for customers
• Handle returns and exchanges following company policy

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the lighting industry
• Strong knowledge of lighting fixtures, including different types, sizes, and finishes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Detail-oriented and organized with a positive attitude
