Position: Construction Consultant

As a Construction Consultant at Patterson Construction Services, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed successfully. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting site visits and assessments
• Developing project plans and budgets
• Providing recommendations on materials and construction techniques
• Overseeing project execution and quality control
• Communicating with clients to address any concerns or issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction consulting
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Position: General Contractor

As a General Contractor at Patterson Construction Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating project timelines and schedules
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Managing subcontractors and vendors
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Monitoring project progress and budget

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in general contracting
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
• Construction management certification is a plus
